Another rainy day at the Waco Zoo! This time, it was raining enough that they didn't put out the animals, but there was still a lot of fun things to do at the zoo: looking at waterfalls, splashing in puddles, sliding down the otter slide, and finding the few exhibits unaffected by the rain.
Sydney was very happy to see the alligators. We also saw all the reptiles in the reptile house, the fish in the aquarium, and all of the birds.
Sydney also enjoyed looking at the map once again. She is very focused on not getting lost and even is starting to learn the names of the streets in Georgetown as well as showing an increased interest in maps.
I was so glad that we decided to go to the zoo on this rainy day.
