Sydney's imagination is just taking off these days. She makes up stories for her Little People all the time. She puts blocks together in three to five block towers and calls them people. She even took the bottom block off one tower and told me that her person had to take off his shoes (get it? the bottom block was the person's shoes). She no longer needs a toy phone to pretend to call folks. She just puts her hand to her ear as though she is holding a phone and starts talking.
And just now, she told her dad that she had to "get on my 'puter" and then sat at the coffee table and started typing on the table, pretending that a computer was on the table.
That's a lot of imagination for a little girl, I think.
It is not surprising... imagination runs rampant in our genes! Sydney will tell your great stories, sing Jeremy's songs, and use language and images to tell her version of the world to us all. I personally can't wait!
