Today in the car, I mentioned that Uncle Jonathan would be coming in this weekend for Jack's birthday party.
Sydney was SO excited! You would have thought that I had mentioned a celebrity. "Uncle Jonathan is coming to our house?"
"Yes, he is."
"Uncle Jonathan is Dad's brother."
"That's right."
"You're right, Mom. He is Dad's brother. You're so smart, Mom!"
"Um, thank you, Sydney."
"Can we call Uncle Jonathan on the phone?"
So she did. And she told Jon that she has been watching the new Toy Story, the two one. And she told him there was a motorcycle and a truck in front of us. Then she said, "Hey, I like you. Good-bye! Um, I love you, good-bye."
Can't wait to see him.
Maybe we'll get his autograph!
