Sydney, Jeremy, Uncle Jon and Will got all day ride passes and spent hours going from one ride to the other.
Grandpa and Nana Nolen mostly stayed with Aunt Rachel, Jamie, John Patrick and me. The little ones rode the handful of rides that they could ride on their own or with an adult, which of course included the carousel.
We went out to eat at Landry's and had delicious sea food. Jeremy was so excited!
After lunch, we walked around the boardwalk some more. Jeremy played the strongman game and actually won a snaky prize which he gave to Sydney. He thought it was a rigged-to-win game until he tried for a second snake and failed and then Uncle Jonathan tried and failed as well.
We then found another similar (but easier to win) version and Jeremy won
a snake for Jamie and Will won a snake for John Patrick. Jeremy still maintains a lot of pride in that first pink snake, though.
Our final stop for the day was the Aquarium where the kids got to feed and pet more rays. We learned last visit that the Kemah Aquarium has a larger tank and the rays at the Downtown Aquarium that outgrow the small tank there go to Kemah.
Between the zoo, the Downtown Aquarium and now Kemah, it has really felt like we have been a wonderful family vacation. What a great week!
